Dynamics 365 basics - You should be comfortable navigating core areas of Dynamics 365 and understand records, forms and data, so you can build flows that match real business processes more easily.

Microsoft 365 familiarity - You should be able to use your Microsoft 365 account, sign in, work with basic cloud services and use a browser comfortably, because the training covers creating and managing flows.

Business process understanding - You should be able to describe process steps, decisions and task dependencies, because during the training you will translate such scenarios into working flow logic.

Basic data handling - You should understand lists, fields, values and data sources, so you can configure actions, conditions and connections correctly when building flows in Power Automate.
