Training programme

1. Creating charts

  • introduction to chart tools in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign,
  • creating charts with data (tables, bar charts, line charts, pie charts),
  • formatting and adapting charts to the user's needs.

2. Creating mathematical formulas

  • using Adobe InDesign to create and edit mathematical formulas,
  • using tools such as LaTeX and MathML in Adobe CC,
  • integration of mathematical formulas in graphic documents.

3. Using GREP

  • introduction to GREP in Adobe InDesign,
  • searching and replacing text using regular expressions,
  • advanced techniques of text formatting using GREP.

4. Creating and editing scripts

  • introduction to JavaScript in Adobe CC,
  • creating scripts automating processes in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator,
  • editing and debugging scripts.

5. Creating interactive PDF documents with the ability to hide and reveal their parts

  • introduction to Adobe InDesign interactive functions,
  • creating buttons and interactive objects in PDF documents,
  • adding options for hiding and revealing content depending on user interaction.

6. Creating interactive documents and exporting them to ePub, MOBI

  • working with interactive elements in InDesign (hyperlinks, buttons, multimedia content),
  • preparing documents for export in ePub and MOBI formats,
  • optimizing documents for various devices and platforms.

7. Creating mail merge documents with external data

  • merging data from CSV files, Excel with documents in InDesign,
  • creating and editing mail merge documents, including personalization and automatic insertion of data.

8. Working with books

  • using the Books function in Adobe InDesign to manage large projects,
  • creating and editing books, combining InDesign files into one document,
  • using books to synchronize styles and settings.

9. Advanced formatting of tables and texts

  • working with tables: inserting, editing, formatting cells, rows, columns,
  • advanced formatting of texts: paragraph styles, character styles, typography, text arrangement in tables,
  • creating interactive tables, adding multimedia objects and advanced formatting options .

10. Using AI in the Adobe CC suite

  • introduction to the use of artificial intelligence in Adobe applications,

What are the prerequisites for participating in the training?

Adobe CC basics - You should be comfortable navigating Adobe InDesign or other Adobe CC applications, so you can focus on advanced features instead of learning the interface from scratch.
