Training process

Training needs analysis

If you have specific requirements regarding the training programme, we will carry out a training needs analysis for you. This will guide us on which aspects of the programme should receive greater emphasis, so that the training programme meets your specific needs.

What will you gain?

icon

Build flows with AI - You will learn how to create Power Automate flows with natural language, so you can turn business needs into working automations faster with Copilot supporting the setup process.

icon

Connect Microsoft 365 services - You will configure links between Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Forms, and Planner to move data automatically, trigger actions, and reduce repetitive manual handoffs.

icon

Automate documents and data - You will master scenarios for copying data, handling forms, and working with files, helping you streamline repetitive tasks and cut the time spent on daily administrative work.

icon

Stronger flow logic - You will learn to use conditions, loops, nested actions, and JSON parsing, so you can build more flexible processes that respond correctly to different business situations.

icon

Detect errors effectively - You will learn how to review run history, error logs, and retry policies, allowing you to find root causes faster and keep your flows more stable in everyday operation.

icon

Use Copilot for fixes - You will use Copilot suggestions for debugging, optimization, and flow repair, helping you make changes more efficiently and avoid common configuration mistakes in practice.

icon

Share automations securely - You will understand how to manage access to flows and work within the Power Platform environment, so you can prepare automations for safe use across your team or organization.

icon

Monitor and expand solutions - You will learn to monitor flows, set alerts, and use the Power Platform admin center, while also exploring future options with Copilot Studio and AI Builder integrations.

What are the prerequisites for participating in the training?

icon

Microsoft 365 basics - You should be comfortable using Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint so you can focus on process automation during the course instead of learning the basics of these services.

icon

Confident data handling - You should understand tables, columns, and basic data operations in Excel or forms, because the training includes moving and processing information between services.

icon

Process-oriented thinking - You should be able to describe the sequence of steps, decisions, and exceptions in a simple process, because you will build conditions, loops, and automation scenarios.

icon

Basic browser skills - You should navigate web apps comfortably, sign in to services, and change settings, because the exercises will be completed in the online Power Platform environment.
