Smarter use of Copilot - You will explore practical ways to use Copilot in PowerPoint to draft presentations faster, expand slides from notes and adapt content to different audiences with less manual work.

icon

More confident delivery - You will practice voice, pacing, pauses and body language so you can present with more calm, sound more professional and build trust during both in-person and online sessions.

Interactive presentation flow - You will learn how to use links, buttons, calls to action and simple navigation in PowerPoint to make your presentations more engaging and easier to manage during delivery.

Training programme

1. Effective business presentation – how to attract and maintain attention?

  • what do audiences expect? – different types of audiences and adapting the presentation style,
  • key mistakes in business presentations – information overload, lack of hierarchy, unclear narrative,
  • business presentation structure – the principle „Fewer slides, more message”.

2. Storytelling in business – how to make data and information meaningful?

  • building a story around data – from numbers to narrative,
  • storytelling structures tailored to business (SCQA, Hero’s Journey, Pyramid Principle),
  • how to engage the audience’s emotions in a business context?
  • exercise: creating an outline of a narrative for a selected business topic.

3. Designing effective slides – what works in business, and what does not?

  • design for business – principles of clarity and professional appearance,
  • visual hierarchy and readability – how to direct the audience's attention?
  • minimalism vs. content – how much text should be on a slide?
  • graphics, charts and infographics – how to visualize data without distortions?
  • exercise: optimization of existing slides according to the new principles.

4. Copilot in PowerPoint – how to use AI to streamline work?

  • automation of the slide creation process – time savings and better quality,
  • generation of slides based on notes and documents,
  • adjustment of the presentation style to the audience thanks to AI,
  • examples of Copilot use in real business scenarios,
  • exercise: creating and optimizing slides using Copilot.

5. Communication and body language during presentations

  • how to speak in order to be listened to? – pace, intonation, pauses,
  • gesticulation, posture and eye contact – building authority and trust,
  • stress management and self-confidence on stage and online.

6. Differences in the reception of technical presentations live and through a screen

  • what to watch out for when presenting complex Excel spreadsheets or animations in PowerPoint?

7. How to maintain participants' attention in online training presentations?

  • principles of presenting data in an engaging way: step-by-step demonstration, visual highlighting of elements,
  • best practices: use of a pointer, zooming, building content on the slide instead of a „wall of text”.

8. Interactive elements – engaging participants during a technical presentation. Slide optimization for online presentations with data and tools

  • use of links, buttons and call-to-action in PowerPoint,
  • how to prepare slides presenting data from Excel: simplification of tables, use of dynamic charts,
  • rules for presenting formulas and dashboards in a way that is readable remotely (e.g. higher contrast, larger fonts, zoom on work areas).
