  • integration with the Microsoft ecosystem (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

2. Comparison of Copilot with other AI tools

  • Copilot vs. ChatGPT: differences in interface, integration and capabilities,
  • Copilot Web (Edge) vs. classic chatbot,
  • which tasks are better carried out in Copilot, and which in ChatGPT?

3. Principles of operation of generative AI models

  • how AI „understands” user commands,
  • what data the responses are based on,
  • what does it mean that AI generates, rather than searches for, information?

4. Introduction to prompting – a new language of working with AI

  • what is a prompt and what is its significance,
  • elements of an effective prompt: goal, context, style,
  • how to think in a task-oriented way to obtain relevant answers?

5. Typical mistakes in working with AI and how to avoid them

  • overly general or imprecise prompts,
  • lack of context and instructions regarding the form of the response,
  • ignoring the tool's limitations.

6. Creating content with Copilot: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

  • writing emails, summaries, meeting plans and offers,
  • generating presentations and slide proposals,
  • editing, simplifying and formatting text.

  • who is responsible for content generated by AI?

10. Legal and ethical aspects of using AI

  • copyright issues – who is the author of the content?
  • threats: discrimination, bias, disinformation,
  • clauses and terms and conditions – how to legally protect the company?

11. Implementation of AI in the organization – what next?

Microsoft 365 basics - You should be comfortable using Word, Excel, and Outlook in everyday work so you can focus on applying AI rather than learning the basics of the apps.

icon

Confident computer use - You should be able to move easily through your system, browser, and files, because the training includes practical tasks across several tools.

icon

Content work experience - You should have experience writing emails, documents, or presentations so you can better assess how AI can speed up and organize your daily work.

icon

Basic data skills - A basic understanding of tables, simple formulas, and data interpretation in Excel will help you work comfortably with the AI-based analysis part.
